Parikia

The main port and capital of Paros is a commercial business hub that showcases many cafes and restaurants along the waterfront. While the maze of alleys in the old town is a wonderful experience that opens you up to new adventures. Taking in whitewash streets that are closely knitted and can help you find some hidden gems on the island. Additionally, all you need to conduct your business from banks to supermarkets, tourist services, laundries, and even hospitals can be found in Parikia.

 

Panagia Ekatontapiliani

A stunning Byzantine monument that was built during the 4th century, and is commonly known as the Church of Hundred Doors. Legend says that the church has 99 doors, and the 100th will only be discovered when Istanbul (Constantinople) is returned to Greece.

 

Fishing Village of Naousa

About 20 minutes by drive the fishing village is a sight you absolutely cannot miss. The streets are quiet during the day but are bustling with life when night falls. A fishing village at heart, it offers a compact harbor, and home to many top lined cafes and restaurants. When looking for a delicious and cheap meal we suggest you start exploring the back streets.

 

Town of Lefkes

A medieval town set in the mountains behind Naousa, offering views from Naxos. Carrying all the markings of Cyclades – it showcases white hoses, vibrant pink Bougainvillea, and dripping blue doors. One of the best ways to spend time in Paros is to walk around in the Town of Lefkes and take in all that it has to offer from handmade local pottery, handmade jewelry, and other crafts.

 

Piso Livadi

A small fishing port is located on the southeast side of the island, offering some charming taverns that are known for their fresh local seafood dishes. Offering you a taste of Greece on every corner. One thing we would recommend over the others is their mussels, freshly resourced they offer a spectacular taste. The bay has only gained popularity in the last few years but is home to many spectacular sailing adventures.

 

Golden Beach

Considered the best beach in Greece when it comes to watersports. A must visit place for all adventure lovers out there, we are sure you will find a water sport that speaks to your adrenaline loving side. Along the beach, you will find exceptional taverns, restaurants, bars, and even a number of hotels. Additionally, you will find a range of beach-inspired boutiques and shops that lets you carry a local authentic, and gorgeous appearance.

 

Kolymbithres Beach

When looking to relax we suggest you head to the beach located on the west of NBaousa. Featuring huge boulders of granite set in the sea, that have been shaped by each wave that hits them. Here you will find shallow waters that are crystal clear, along with exceptional taverns that showcase some of the best home chefs on the island.

 

Santa Maria Beach

Another popular spot is the Santa Maria beach that is a popular spot for windsurfing, scuba diving, and water skiing.
